Welcome to the IFCA Discord! 


The IFCA is the very first Forza league to exist going all the way back to the end of FM1.  Everyone should also register at the IFCA website, the origin of all of our content on Discord.
Over the years we’ve learned that more is better when it comes to drivers and types of events.  Because of this, the IFCA has something for everyone. We have 3 different venues for you to compete in depending on what you have time for.
 
If you and your club are here to league race in a dedicated weekly championship series, against serious competition every Saturday at 6pm CST, then this is the event. There are livery requirements, teams, number plates, driver ratings, season points, bonus points, and a coveted IFCA Championship to win!

If you can’t race on Saturdays, we also offer a weekly Wednesday night spec race called the IFCA Spec Kings at 8pm CST.  It is typically 4-5 weeks long and is primarily just for fun (JFF) and not a championship event.  There are no points and nothing goes against your driver rating.  There is a title to win however, based upon your average finishing order.

If our two racing events clash with personal life, we also have the IFCA Production Hot Lap Challenge that everyone can take part in at their leisure.  This is a very standard hot lap contest that goes from the 1^st of the month to the 15^th, and from the 16^th to the 30^th.  So, we use two tracks and 2 new cars every month for our hot lap friends.  The cars are production-based cars with no downforce, no power upgrades, widest stock tires, stock wheels, a specified manufacture and specified Class.  Currently it is Chevrolet C-Class @ Kayalami GP. There are 8 Chevrolet cars that can fit into the class restrictions.  You can build them how you like within the spec limits listed.

How to get started:


All new drivers who are not known to the IFCA are defaulted to Gold builds and Beginner licenses.  These designations are not used for Spec Kings or Production Hot Lap, and are only for championship series racing.

So, the first thing to do is select your car and correct build.  Our championship cars are handicapped based on Ballast.

The fastest drivers have the most weight, the slowest drivers the least weight.  The scale is, Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Pro.  We do this as a means to bring the different driver skill levels closer together for closer racing.

During the championship season, you have all week to produce your best practice lap time which counts as series bonus points. Everyone has to lay down a lap by the cut-off time on Friday 6pm CST.  You can do this by screen shot and sending it to IFCA GTDon.  He uploads the new times every evening around midnight.  (and on Fridays after 6pm CST) The screen shot has to have the correct car, the correct P.I. and the lap time.


And that’s it!  The rest is all on the IFCA staff.  All you have to do is show up and race in accordance with our good sportsmanship Mission Statements.
