Season 2, Saturday Feb 24th, 6pm CST

For Season 2:
1.)We will use a 4lap qualy before the race.
2.)No delay starts, possible rolling starts at some tracks, and variable weather.
3.)All bonuses will be cut in 1/2 for First Race at the track and normal for the second race
4.)Teams will not be mandatory this time but will retain their own championship.
5.)We are going to modify/convert the numeric IFCA ratings to an analogue version based on the driver finishing positions each race.

Spec Racing Combine format:

The Spec Racing Combine format is a mixture of hot lapping and racing all in one during a 8 week season divided by 2 week increments.

Here’s how it works:

All racers will race the same spec combine car for the season with the car changing to a new spec car every two weeks, or two races.

Every two weeks, or two races the track and car changes for the next two weeks, or two races.

*Note that there will be no driver skill/car handicap in this format, instead there will be a compensating points handicap. So, no Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Pro builds to have to deal with. Everyone is in the exact same car.

Each 2 week period is contested on the practice leaderboard in Rivals ending on Saturday with a preparation race the first week, and then a final race the second week. The grid will be according to finish position in the 4 lap qualifier just before the race.

Weekly Leaderboard Points:

Week 1 (Race 1, 3, 5, 7)
1st and 2nd get 0.75pts
3rd to 12th gets 0.5pts
13th and below get 0.25pts

Week 2 (Race 2, 4, 6, 8)
1st and 2nd get 0.75pts
3rd to 12th gets 0.5pts
13th and below get 0.25pts

First week prep race is a 6pt formula, and the second week final race is a 12pt formula:

Every 2^nd race (Saturdays), gets double points.

Guys the next update comes with the changed leveling system, in short:

You can Level your car normally as is now, and receive Car Points to "Buy" upgrades or you can use your Forza Credits (Money) to buy the upgrades.

Note that ALL car parts will be fully unlocked at level 1.

The Daytona precise build will be posted the moment the new Update rolls out, this saving me from leveling up the current way.

The AMC in the current leveling needs Level 31 for all car parts

Race 1 and Race 2 will be 31 laps.

We will keep the LB for every two week stint.

1 LB for Kayalami, 1 LB for Hockenheim etc

This due to Rivals etc. So LB for this week continues through to next week. Gives more time for midpack to also improve.

Please note that as per ALL previous seasons you will NOT get any Leaderboard Points if you do not pitch up for the race.

We recalculated all points from Race 1-->3 and has been posted on the various race threads.
