Season 20 IFCA Trans Am Series July 15th!

It brings us a certain amount of sadness that we have finally arrived at the very end of FM7 as FM8 looms.  It's been a long good run with FM7 and we intend to send her off with one last great Trans Am event.

Season 20 will utilize traditional and modern Trans Am series cars for the last time.  The first half of the 7 race season will be with the Group 6 old school legends of the sport, and the second half of the season will wrap up with the Group 12a late model counterparts.  Three cars in each group to pick from.  Two Chevys, two Fords, and two Dodges. It's all about the "Big 3" this last time!

Have some brand loyalty?  Enjoy equally prepared cars with all the performance parts and character you can get? Then this is the series you want to be in!

Our standard set of format rules will remain along with some improvements to equalize the field as much as humanly possible. Things like going from a rolling start to a standing start etc.

Once again, everyone who wants to race will have to represent a team by joining a team, or creating a new team, and complying with the team livery rules.  If you can not join a team or are unable to create a team you will be placed in an existing team.

As with any IFCA Trans Am event all the bonuses are still in place to help you and your team win.  Track lap record, top 8 practice lap, top 12 team bonus, pole position, fastest race lap, clean driver bonus, max participation bonus, skill ratio bonus, and an unlimited recruiting bonus.  So it isn't only about your finishing order, it's about your qualifying, your hot lap ability, your attendance, your team, and your reputation as a clean driver.  It all comes together to paint a complete picture of you as a driver, and your overall competitive talent in the end, and not just where you finished or how fast you were.

On top of all of this are the cars, which have been thoroughly tested for equality.  And on top of this, is your IFCA rating which determines what set of tire compound and wheels you will use.  Lower rated drivers use stickier tires enabling them to turn a lap that is just as competitive as any of the faster drivers on the grid.

And don't forget about our weekly Wed night practice races at 8pm CST!  It is here that you can get a feel for what the racing will be like on Saturdays at 6pm CST.

So there you have it patrons.  One last chance to give it your all.  To be a part of  Forza history, helping a team help you, to claim the Forza glory!

THIS, IS, FORZA!!!!!!!!!
