PFEMARINE LLC is a company established by DaBlackStorm87 looking for some marketing exposure.  In return he is offering Microsoft discounts on such things  as Surface, Microsoft Licenses, Merch, Xbox GamePass, Xbox games, Xbox accessories, and more!



To be eligible for the discounts in this contest, you have to volunteer as a Mentor in order to mentor a lower rated driver.  Your success will be gauged against other mentors and their charges.  The mentored driver who demonstrates the greatest gains in terms of finishing order will earn the deep discounts offered, along with his Mentor who helped get him there.


So it's a real incentive for the fast guys to help the slower guys get faster!  And that's what we always want!  We want everyone to be as fast as the fast guys!


The simple system we will use is a ratio between grid position vs finishing order over the course of 3 Spec Kings races.  Let's say the driver being mentored starts/qualifies on grid position 12, but finishes 10th.  This means that he would earn 2 contest points for that race.  If after 3 Spec King races we have a tie, any ties will be broken by driver ratings. The higher rated driver wins the contest.


Only Bronze and Copper drivers can be mentored.  And anyone above Bronze can offer to mentor someone.  Below are the most eligible drivers who could be mentored.  Contact GTDon or Eries to let us know if you wish to help mentor one of these guys.
