IFCA Forza Masters Saturday Dec 12th

With the extended delay of the release of the next Forza we proudly bring you a new series to tide you over.  The IFCA Forza Masters!  Since all of the cars in FM7 are from the past rather than current cars we consider them all to be historic at this point.

This format is born out of the idea that people would like to drive their own cars and builds and tunes to showcase their mastery of Forza without the usual limitations enforced by leagues.  It's a chance to decide for yourself what works best for you and still be competitive in a more freestyle way that suits you best.

Each of the 4 weeks of the season there will be a selected Division and track for that week. You can use any car from that Division.  All cars must have the widest racing tires available.  If you are a Silver level driver or higher (1959.000+), you are not permitted to use downforce unless the car comes with downforce stock. You also must use stock wheels. If you are a Bronze level driver or lower (1958.999-), you have the option to use downforce and any wheel or wheel size.

There will be a 4lap qualifier prior to the race and the race length will be around 45min depending on the car/track combination. There will be 2 pit stops.  All the same rules apply that we have used in the past.  No restarts except for major crashing in the first lap or lag out. Clean driving is a must for everyone. Replays will be reviewed for rulings and protests will be accepted.  There will be a bonus point for pole position and fastest clean lap. All races will be rated.

Please feel free to build and tune your preferred car any way you like and per the skill level rules noted above.  Again, all cars must have the widest racing tires.

We will conduct an unrated mock race on Wed nights at 9:00pm EST for those that show up and new drivers who want to sample the racing.
