IFCA Relay Challenge ST Car Builds

With the ST class it is an opportunity to become a racing team manager because you will obviously be unable to run in both classes at the same time as this will become a multi-class format.  But you could manage one team and race in the other.

Very excited to see how these builds shape out! I'm interested in testing out the Audi S4, Mazda Rx-8 ( Because who doesn't love some good Rotary action ) , the BMW 1-Series ( Really looking forward to trying that out ) , and the Pontiac Solstice ( Even though I feel it will be a little sluggish with it's weight, momentum will be key with that car.. ). Lets see those builds Don!!

All good cars. The Solstice was the surprise performer and.my test mule for the A-Class side of ST. Very easy to drive, good all around balance, good torque and felt like it had a small block Chevy in it.  You guys are gonna like these cars.

I will have to try them out as well. Hopefully we get a few teams for both classes the next go around. Love the multi class action!

Should be pretty easy this time with the way the format is i.e., you can have substitute qualifiers, drivers, and cars. To get into season 2 you must qualify, that is you the Team Manager, and somebody else.  You will be allowed to qualify as many times as you like on Saturdays too.  You can use as many different drivers as you like too, and you can use any car, even a car that you are not going to use for the season but feel it is best at Daytona for qualifying purposes.  Only 6 teams in each class will make it in.

Yes, I'm already recruiting certain drivers to do this. That is, I'm talking to them about whether or not they can stand in for a race or two or try their hand at the season qualifier since I know they can not commit to a whole season.

updated with the first build. You can take a run at my test mules on Rivals at Daytona.  In B-Class I used the Audi S4, and in A-Class I used the Pontiac Solstice.  These test mule times are not the fastest laps these cars can run, but are more like a high average for comparison to all the other cars.  Each car is able to run 2:01.1s or better at Daytona.  The slower cars will have a handling advantage on slower tracks.

You will be allowed to use any car for season 2 qualifying to be eligible to enter the series.  Once the season starts whatever car you use for race 1 is the car you are stuck with. Each race has it's own qualifying once you are in.  You then have to qualify with the car you are going to race the whole season with.

The reason for this is because there is a limited grid of 24 drivers or 12 teams and not all the cars you might want to run for the whole season are best for Daytona.  So, to claim a spot for the season we thought it fair to allow you to use any car you feel might be best for the qualy track of Daytona, which may not be the same car you use for the season.

I made a little mistake above, all the ST cars will do at least a 2:01.1 at Daytona

Yeah, it just takes awhile and i haven't had much time lately. Each car has 4 versions to post x 20 cars.

I built the 1969 Camero SS and came out with A600 PI and 2827 weight.
You have PI A601 and 2823 lbs weight listed.
