thanks dale! Great race guys! I had some lag issues with 1st and 2nd place at the start of the race and fell back, but then it got smoother. Congrats (again) to the defending IFCA Champion F4H Diablo and a nice win.

My apologies to DardestDale for rear ending him on last lap.

I Knew going onto that last interior straight bad things may happen, said it on comms. I was last car in a 4 car draft. I checked up from his bumper halfway down straight, but everyone got on brakes before I expected and I still hit him. perhaps I will have to turn the autobrake assist on. Sad

Congrats to you RaCeR for winning the season! Very good clean racing, and very fun for everyone. Next season should start in 2 weeks. We always have a 1 week break in between seasons for each series event.

I was just looking at the schedule for season 2. Sedona full is first race. I tuned my car for Sedona full REVERSE. I suppose that is why I saw nobody else's wtcc cars showing up on leaderboard lol. Dope! Gets rid of the treacherous turn 3 off the oval into infield. The outside wall there was going to be murder, and trail braking ovetsteer was the first challenge of that turn.
Otherwise, same bumps and turns, the tune ought to work...

I apologize for that. Looking at it now, I can see how the "reverse" from next week's race could have made it seem like it was the reverse circuit by not reading it correctly.

So is the consensus that the Seat Cupra is probably the quickest car in this championship? I tested out a few of the cars last night, pretty happy with my choice of the Peugeot so far. My fastest lap at Laguna Seca was in the Peugeot, though I was turning some pretty hot laps with the Seat as well, but I found that I was a bit cleaner and quicker consistently with the 207. Think I might test out the Renault just for fun tonight as well...

I like the sound of the Peugeot. I know it tested out well for me, but haven't entered a series with it yet. In my pre season 1 tests, the Renault ranked 1, as I recall, Peugeot2 Hyundai3 entered series1 in seat due to a dominant test at one of the tracks I tested on. My tests were in un tuned versions straight off corwin's store front. It was then up to me to mis- tune them

Interesting, like I said I will probably test out the Renault as well, but for me even if I am only marginally faster in the Peugeot than the Seat (which I was only about 0:00:150 quicker at Laguna) for whatever reason I feel like I drive smoother and and more consistent in the Peugeot. Maybe thats true, maybe it isnt, we will see soon though! I love the handling of the Civic as well, though it just feels sluggish to me and I was about 0:00:250 behind the Seat and the Renault in the Civic.
