New rankings list almost complete

FYI, the latest IFCA World Rankings list is almost ready to go public.

Sorry for the delay men. This list is far more extensive than the first list. Instead of being the top 80 this one has expanded to the top 180!

The criteria has slightly changed, but is more in-depth. The ranking has its basis in hot lap rank, time trial rank, IFCA tournament performance, CGS performance, and rarely where there were instances of limited data associated with known speed of a driver, a subjective but educated guess had to be made.

No doubt there are some non-current gamer tags, and possibly one or two doubles as well. When the list is posted help us out in identifying any of these sorts of problems, including anyone you feel should be on the list and isn't.

The list will go public very soon, perhaps this week, now that the CGS finals are over.
