HLC4 Sebring C500 June 15th-30th
HLC4 begins June 15th thru June 30th in any car up to C500, using the updated build rule of,
stock tires, with widest sizes, with stock rim sizes, but no hp upgrades, no engine swaps, no restrictor plate swaps. Everything else is legal.
Also, top 5 time gains a bonus time of -0.025sec if submitted by the 5th day, and another -0.025 if they are still in the top 5 by the 10th day. Bonus times will then be applied on the last day, or day 15 of each series.
The track for HLC4 is Sebring, and any build compliant car up to C500.
For a correct screen shot result, go to Free Play, set to Circuit, and a set number of laps, with Best Lap on. This will give you the proper screen shot whether you pause or race to the end.

Reminder, no engine swaps
Just to be annoyingly crystal clear, there are no engine swaps in any current IFCA format. Not in Super Spec, or the HLC. There are no restrictor plate changes allowed either, not for Super Spec and not for the HLC.
When we say "stock engine hp" only, this means you must use the stock production engine that the car comes with when you buy it. *It doesn't mean you can take any of the aftermarket alternative engines and use them instead, as long as they remain stock. No!!!
In my world, stock is stock, right from the factory stock production line. It doesn't mean you get to plop in a non-stock aftermarket 6.2L (or whatever) crate motor, just because you haven't changed any parts on it yet.
Our format concept is a simple one, keep the car's power factory stock, and see which manufacturer is best in this way. Then, to allow all the usual required racing parts that are often mandated even for Spec racing, which gives each car equal footing, aside from the stock production engine.
Why? Because limiting the cars to a factory stock production engine helps make the cars equal, easier to build, tune, and drive at the limit, for every skill level. At the same time, there are still plenty of cars to pick from and ways to build them. If it happens that everyone ends up in the exact same car (which could happen in theory), then sobeit, this is a Spec format afterall.

Congrats to our winner IFCA GTDon! But not so fast, hold on a second! IFCA Eries as runner up, can challenge the winner to a
5lap ghosted race winner takes all. Eries has 24hrs to issue a challenge, or, let GTDon go with a win.

Final challenge result
IFCA GTDon takes the win and HLC title by 3.4sec, over IFCA Eries, in 1997 BMW M3s at Sebring.
The race began very close, and both drivers made their slight errors during the race, but GTDon stayed in the lead from start to finish with a best lap of 2:23.120 vs Eries 2:23.727.
Although the challenge race was perhaps a bit of a foregone conclusion considering GTDon's fastest unposted lap was a shocking 2:22.102, Eries made a respectable charge and did put at least some pressure on GTDon at the start of the race. The replay was shared as "IFCA HLC4" if you want to have a look.
This concludes the current HLC series in its present format. IFCA Eries is proposing a total overhaul of the current format that is more in line with the actual Forza leaderboards for ease of access, participation, recording, and value. He will have the details posted soon.
