New Force feedback and more
Yes, you might have to tune your cars or more likely your wheel.

Re: Forza 7 update tomorrow
The update seems to give you more tactile tire response and better control with kicking the tail out with some RWD cars. So that's a good thing. Lap times are unchanged which is odd since there is slightly better control now.

Re: Forza 7 update tomorrow
Gotcha. No Problem. I've been tuning the settings. Getting close to what i had before. Right know it feels real lose as i go into turns. Plus the wheel jerks like crazy going down the straight when you take you hands off the wheel. Never Did that before. A lot of play and like rocks banging around in the wheel. Yeah, I've tuned most of that out no problem.

Re: Forza 7 update tomorrow
I was just testing with the wheel and it wasn't bad. I still need more time to play with it and fine tune though. Here is a good video to start with.

This is a good video to start. I did go to the terminology guide pages for the new settings to get a better understanding the other night. I do have to try the lower the feedback and wheel damper. I do have the wobble issue. I have a race tonight. I got a good lap time for practice but I'll try these settings and see if I like it. Thanks Speedy!

Re: Forza 7 update tomorrow
Ghost and I had some fun testing the new settings this past Saturday after the qualifying session. We literally went through each setting and tested it 3 times for 4 laps each to see exactly how it felt on the wheel (base was mid value, max value and in between.) Since I use the controller on Forza 7 due to the fact that I cant find a good setting for the wheel, this helped alot.
Here is a video I found that might explain the new values better.

Re: Forza 7 update tomorrow
Speedy, this is great material. As I mentioned i got it tuned to a good liking, however i had to slide down the force feedback. Which made the wheel not as heavy as before with your settings. Its a happy medium for me. Good stuff!
