How about some instructions? Most basic, KISS principle( keep it simple, stupid)
Do I have to download servimg software to my computer prior to uploading?
are uploads from files on my computer possible?
Uploads from Flickr? Skydrive?

Somehow I did successfully load ONE photo, a couple months ago, but haven't been able to duplicate that feat.
