Portal Sizing Empty Portal Sizing

Hi Guys,

I have recoded the portal widgets and everything should work correctly. I have also resized the column widths.

I the portal still is not displayed correctly, just hit F5 (refresh) until it does, for some reason it sometimes still loads funny.
